Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to retail systems, including POS, inventory management, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
- Evaluate existing retail processes, identify gaps, and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams and third-party vendors.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of retail software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate communication between business teams and IT to resolve system issues, define priorities, and manage project timelines.
- Support system testing, including the development of test plans, execution of test cases, and troubleshooting of defects.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring optimal adoption and utilization of retail systems.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.
Qualifications
- 3 years of business analysis experience, focusing on retail systems.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS, inventory, and e-commerce workflows.
- Experience with retail software platforms and systems integration.
- Proficiency in creating process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
