Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including cost accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Partner with plant management to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies and GAAP.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Support inventory valuation, capital expenditures, and operational improvements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in plant or manufacturing accounting, with leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
