We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to work for our Central Ohio client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VP of Finance with all aspects of reporting deliverables for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
- Lead the development of annual operating plans, strategic financial plans & quarterly forecasts
- Manage a high-performing team of managers and analysts
- Provide financial counsel and performance analysis
- Support decision-making and strategic planning activities, serving as a key resource to senior decision-makers in the business
- Identify financial issues and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of corporate finance experience
- Strong business acumen
- Enjoy complex problem-solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
