Hourly Pay Rate is $8.50-$9.00
Job Purpose
Under the general supervision of the General Manager, the Birthday Party Host is responsible for creating a fun, safe environment and overseeing the activities for children and guests during birthday parties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Assist with the general maintenance and upkeep of party areas
- Responsible for the setup, break down and cleanliness of party rooms
- Leads all aspects of the party including, but not limited to, engaging party guests at the front desk, navigating them through the facility and ensuring timely delivery of food and refreshments
- Ensures highest quality of birthday party experience for guest of honor and accompanying guests
- Enforces all rules and regulations promptly and professionally
- Attends all required training sessions and scheduled meetings
- Any other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
Work responsibilities will be performed in a standard recreational facility, office setting and indoors/outdoors. The use of standard office equipment including telephones, fax and copy machines. The use of maintenance and cleaning equipment that include vacuums, mops, brooms, sprayers, disinfectors, hoses and any other equipment associated with the recreational facility

- Must be at least 16 years old, High School diploma or GED desired
- Energetic and cheerful personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements
May require long periods of standing or sitting and may require a lot of walking. Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
