Description
Job Purpose
Performs a variety of customer service related duties and assists with the general operation of the Carousel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Insure the safety of guests on and around the carousel
- Operate, maintain, and clean the carousel and surrounding area
- Interact with customers both in person and over the phone
- Communicate to guests and staff professionally, both in writing and verbally
- Answer phone and provide accurate answers to customer questions
- Receive payments and fees
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience preferred
Working Conditions
Work responsibilities will be performed on or around a carousel, within a recreational or retail facility. May be indoors or outdoors.
Physical Requirements
This position can involve sitting, standing, walking, running, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
