Job Purpose
Assists with the day to day management of the entire scope of the facility and acts as manager in the absence of the GM.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise Guest Service employees during shifts
- Management of day-to-day operations that include, but are not limited to: programs, events, and physical facilities
- Ensures and promotes excellent customer service
- Perform all job duties at facility as necessary
- Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe facility
- Communicate professionally verbally and in writing
- Answer emails and return phone calls in a timely fashion
- Immediate and complete reporting of all liability issues
- Working knowledge of POS system
- Responsible for all cash handling including reconciling petty cash daily and daily bank deposits
- Responsible for attending training sessions and meetings for staff under the direction of the Member Service Director
- Generate reports under the direction of the Member Service Director
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Any other duties as assigned

- Must be able to work a min of 14 hours a week and 2 weekend shifts a month
- Must uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Must be a proactive thinker and have ability to multi-task
- Be able to promote and explain all the programs and services offered at the facility
- Must be able to work a min of 14 hours a week and 2 weekend shifts a month
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Management experience is preferred
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid are preferred or must be willing to be obtained within 90 days of hire
Working Conditions
Work is performed in several settings including a standard office environment at a recreational facility. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors. Standard office equipment to be used includes computers, fax and copy machines, and telephones.
Physical Requirements
This position can involve sitting, standing, walking, running, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
