Rinker Design Associates (RDA) is seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer – Water Resources to lead impactful projects and provide innovative solutions for transportation design challenges. Locations : Manassas, Richmond, Virginia Beach, and Waynesboro
What You’ll Do
- Lead Water Resources Design Projects : Oversee hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, outfall analysis, and stream restoration for transportation projects.
- Drive Project Success : Lead technical discussions, team meetings, and project presentations while ensuring design objectives are met.
- Provide Design Expertise : Deliver design support across multiple moderate-sized projects and lead designs for smaller initiatives.
- Ensure Quality : Maintain high standards for deliverables and perform quality control on peers’ work.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Interact with clients, agency representatives, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Support Project Management : Assist project managers in meeting schedules and budgets while contributing to technical excellence.
