We are looking for a WET CAST WORKER Precast Plant Startup to join our DOSWELL, VA plant. As a wet cast worker with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Wet Cast Workers to join our team at a newly established precast concrete manufacturing plant. From day one, you will help preparing the plant for production, assisting with the installation of new equipment, and performing general construction tasks. This role is critical in helping set up and maintain operations as the plant begins production.

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with work to configure and clear the site for production activities.
- Perform general tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and preparing molds for wet casting processes.
- Set up and assist with the installation of new plant equipment and machinery.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete into molds for wet cast production, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and organized manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues with equipment or production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molds, tools, and equipment.
About You
We Require:
- Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
- Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred – Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift.
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used. Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to step up 20 inches.
