About the Role :

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring that all projects are aligned with business goals.
  • Lead project teams, including engineers, production staff, Project Coordinators, and Dispatchers, while providing guidance, motivation, and support. As a leader, you will oversee and manage the performance of Project Coordinators and Dispatchers, ensuring their success across multiple sites.
  • Responsible for training Dispatchers, Project Coordinators, and other site-based personnel across the region. You will ensure that employees at different plant locations are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute projects effectively.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and within financial constraints. You will also work across different sites to ensure optimal resource usage.
  • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet industry standards and customer requirements at all plant locations.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues across all regional plant sites.
  • Communicate project goals, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and on-site teams at various locations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project timelines and address any delays promptly to ensure projects stay on track across all locations.
  • Lead or support contract negotiations, ensuring that project terms align with both project requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements across different plant locations.
  • Address project-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions and solutions to ensure project success across all locations.
  • Oversee the successful completion of projects, ensuring proper handover and closure activities.
  • Qualifications :

  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years' experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in the concrete or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of ERP / Inventory Control Software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to various plant locations in the region to support teams and oversee projects.
