Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Indianapolis, IN. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining sales records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and tracking sales metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining sales records
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for conducting sales presentations and negotiating contracts
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience in tracking sales metrics and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
