We are looking for a MACHINE OPERATOR to join our Colton, CA plant. As a Machine Operator with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

This will work at a Union Shop with a 4/10 schedule.

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Operate Manual Mill Machine.
- Reading measuring tape. Familiar with Calibers and working with close tolerances.
- Perform a variety of job duties such as work from shop drawings, sketches and other information.
- Operate production equipment and material handling equipment and align machines.
- Make inspections and periodic checks of equipment to detect mechanical difficulties; maintain necessary service records as required
- Understand operation and maintenance of equipment and related processing equipment
- Operate a forklift
- Observe, understand and apply all administration and safety precautions, rules and procedures throughout the plant
- Maintain work area in a clean, organized and safe manner
- Perform other related duties as required and directed by leadership to manufacture concrete form products
About You
We Require:
- 1 years of experience working in a Fabrication Plant
- 1 years of working with Manual Mill Machines.
- Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, multiplication)
- Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
- Must be able to use extreme caution when working around cranes, trucks, forklifts and other equipment
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, first time quality and efficiency
