About the Role :
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to production, logistics, quality, and other operational areas.
Evaluate existing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate operational performance to management and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and cost-effectiveness studies to support decision-making in operational activities.
Analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and stockouts to optimize inventory management processes.
Conduct root cause analyses for operational issues and work with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in demand forecasting and capacity planning to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
Assist in identifying operational risks and developing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Ensure that operational processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation of process improvements, analyses, and recommendations.
Qualifications :
Degree in Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred, along with experience in operations analysis, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success as an Operations Analyst.
Knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes and familiarity with relevant software tools for data analysis are advantageous.
