Responsibilities
- Learn the art of customer communication and satisfaction.
- Learn key sales skills to help customers find the right membership and services for them.
- Master the in's and out's of our unique window cleaning processes.
- Participate in weekly team trainings, breakfasts, and competitions.
- Develop abilities to lead and train other new team members.
Experience and Requirements
- Motivated, ambitious and goal oriented.
- Drivers license (acceptable driving record required)
- Education, work history, and life experience considered.
