We're a B2B SaaS company, providing car washes with all the tools they need to transition to a subscription model. Modern car washes are fully-automated tunnels that can wash over 200 cars/hr, and they are moving from selling single washes to all-you-can-wash subscriptions. We are giving this $15bn underserved market the tools to manage and grow their subscription revenue.
We are a small team, who just raised our Series B from VMG Technology in addition to our Series A from Founder's Fund and Bedrock Capital. We are currently installed at over 3,000 car washes nationally helping to manage more than 8 million car wash memberships. What we've built so far is just the beginning. We are seeking a Hardware Specialist to join our team as the central point of expertise for managing and optimizing tablet hardware operations. In this role, you'll connect our products, customers, and internal & external teams with tablet hardware solutions, ensuring our devices meet operational needs while maintaining a seamless customer experience.This is a critical role for someone who thrives on problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll connect our products, customers, and internal & external teams with tablet hardware solutions, ensuring our devices meet operational needs while maintaining a seamless customer experience.This is a critical role for someone who thrives on problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our tablet and MDM vendors to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for tablet hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, upgrades, and replacements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to tablet hardware, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and best practices.
- Partner with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Support teams to address and resolve hardware-related challenges.
- Collaborate directly with customers to address tablet hardware needs, ensuring timely resolutions and providing guidance on device setup and usage.
- Oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system to streamline tablet deployment, enforce security protocols, and ensure devices are properly configured and maintained.
- Act as the subject matter expert on tablet hardware, providing guidance and training to internal teams as needed.
- Maintain a stock of ready-to-deploy tablets, ensuring they are properly configured, packaged, and shipped to customers or internal teams as needed. Coordinate logistics to guarantee timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Previous technical and/or hardware support experience
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems or related technology.
Salary Range
