Accountant riograndehospital.org/employment-application/ (full-time) Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Includes general hospital accounting in Del Norte. Excellent Computer Skills, Copy Machine and Fax Machine, Printers.
Bachelor of Science degree. Experience: Business Office Skills and 2 years of general accounting. Must have verbal skills to present information and ideas essential to supervisory duties and to understand general business office and practice; capable of dealing with people; workable knowledge of safety procedures; must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language; must have patience and enthusiasm as well as the willingness and ability to handle difficult situations with good judgment; must be able to work as a team member; must be willing to learn.
Specific duties and responsibilities: Works in quick books and Amrita Accounting systems. Cash receipt reconciliation, cash account reconciliation, accounts payable, journal entries which include allocation of prepaid, accrued liabilities, payroll, assist in the monthly preparation of financial statement and the annual audit.
