Rio Grande Orthodontics is looking for an awesome person to join our team! We serve people every day and create beautiful smiles in a fun and fast-paced environment! The position is for a part-time Scheduling Coordinator/Office Administrator. Hours are Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Los Alamos 8:00 am-5:00 pm. . Thursdays either Espanola or the Los Alamos office from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
We are looking for a cheerful, helpful person to be the first smile a patient sees when they enter our office and with a focus on attention to detail, and a team player for our growing team!
FRONT DESK DUTIES:
- Greet patients
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phones, manage voicemail and emails (in Spanish and English)
- General office duties, ordering supplies
- Take payments
- Verifying dental insurance
- Confirm appointments
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES:
- Manage patient relations
- Scheduling staff
- Coordinate marketing
- Ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Warm and friendly personality
- Customer service expertise
- Computer knowledge
- Phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team
