Position Overview : The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts (6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday to Sunday), supporting the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective care to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the clinical operations of nursing units during assigned shifts while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model, mentor staff, and coordinate communication with other departments.
- Work with the Director of Nursing to maintain appropriate staffing levels, focusing on minimizing overtime and agency staff usage.
- Engage in staff recruitment, training, and make recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
