Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Create and monitor proper side work and deep clean procedure's for staff
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Implement effective food handling and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize Clover POS system for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food management within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Experience with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to restaurant operations.
- Ability to develop training programs that enhance employee performance and service quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong problem-solving abilities.
