Position Summary
We are seeking an upbeat, positive, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, experience in roofing or construction, and a proven track record of success in customer service environments. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for getting up on roofs, diagnosing issues, and creating estimates for clients. You will be contributing to a positive environment for our sales team, participating in daily personal development, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. There is also huge room for growth into a Sales Manager position!

Objectives

Performance Metrics To be successful in this role, the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be measured:

• Closed revenue
• Daily CRM updates
• Daily client follow-ups through calls, texts, and emails
• Sales training and personal development (30 min/day)
• Closing ratio of estimates to signed contracts (Minimum 30%)
