Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to adolescent and adult patients, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
- Perform ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress.
- Use evidence-based nursing techniques aligned with organizational philosophies.
- Maintain a therapeutic environment promoting patient safety and recovery.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans that build on patient strengths and address psychiatric challenges.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts (BSN preferred).
- Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or psychology nursing.
- Strong understanding of mental health care, including trauma-informed and recovery-focused practices.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred expertise in psychiatric inpatient care, crisis resolution, de-escalation, and reducing restraint use.
- Proficiency in managing time, multitasking, and addressing crises.
