About The Role

Shift Details: Day and Evening Shifts available
- Evening Shift Differential: $4/hour
- Weekend Differential: $3/hour
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts (BSN preferred).
- Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or psychology nursing.
- Strong understanding of mental health care, including trauma-informed and recovery-focused practices.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred expertise in psychiatric inpatient care, crisis resolution, de-escalation, and reducing restraint use.
- Proficiency in managing time, multitasking, and addressing crises.
