About The Role

Salary Range: $43 - $60/hour

Shift Options: Day and evening
- Evenings: $4 shift differential
- Weekends: $3 shift differential
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (BSN preferred).
- At least 1 year of Psych/Mental Health nursing experience.
- Expertise in behavioral health and substance use disorder care.
- CPR certification required; knowledge of Trauma-Informed Recovery preferred.
- Experience in inpatient psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and de-escalation is a plus.
