Rio Vista Post Acute is seeking a Full Time Admissions Nurse to join our Clinical Team to ensure that the admissions process is smooth and provide an incredible experience for our new patients!
The schedule is flexible, but primarily Monday-Friday schedule.
Primary Responsibilities of the Admissions Nurse position include, but not limited to:
- Reviewing hospital H&P and orders to ensure the patient is appropriate for our setting.
- Enter orders in to EMR Point Click Care.
- Review Pharmacy Orders and ensure the orders are routed to pharmacy so facility can receive timely.
- Communicate with Floor Nurses about new admissions from the report taken from the Hospital.
- Develop Care Plans for new admissions.
- Assessments and consents timely.

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
