Job Title: Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary:
This position is for a procurement and logistics coordinator located in Rochester, MN. This position will support manufacturing by managing raw material inventory and procurement, warehouse organization, shipping and receiving, and office administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills; build relationships with vendors, service providers, and employees; and initiative to remove problems for production staff as they arise.
Job Responsibilities:
· Procurement
- Ownership of the procurement process
- Requesting purchase orders, getting approvals
- Placing orders with vendors
- Receiving raw materials
· Warehouse Management
- Organization of the warehouse
- Managing material movement in and out of the warehouse
- Inventory and record keeping of raw materials
· Shipping and Receiving
- Coordinating shipping of all materials, including finished goods
- Tracking and providing update on shipping status
- Receiving raw materials, including quality paperwork
· Administrative Tasks
- Coordination of office including assigning desks and equipment, welcoming new employees, ordering office supplies, and organization of the office
- Greeting guests and service providers; answering general office questions
- Supervising contracted cleaning and waste removal services
Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements
· Associates degree or High School Diploma with work experience
· Experience in an administrative or procurement role required
· Experience in warehouse management preferred
