This is a full-time position based in Reno, working with local clients to provide outstanding customer support. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have the best possible experience. We offer two weeks of paid training to get you up to speed, so if you have great communication skills and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Providing friendly and professional support to resolve issues efficiently
  • Assisting customers with product information, orders, and account management
  • Troubleshooting and escalating more complex problems when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Building strong relationships with local clients to enhance their experience
  • Working as part of a supportive team to improve customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for helping people and excellent communication skills
  • A friendly, patient, and professional approach to customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required – we provide full training
