We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administrator to join our human resources team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR administration and contribute to the success of our dynamic team.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off (PTO)
  • Process payroll and ensure all employee compensation is accurate and timely
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with HR-related data analysis
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Assist with training coordination and employee development initiatives
  • Handle HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive HR information
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role (internships are welcomed)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
