Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off (PTO)
- Process payroll and ensure all employee compensation is accurate and timely
- Prepare HR reports and assist with HR-related data analysis
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Assist with training coordination and employee development initiatives
- Handle HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive HR information
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role (internships are welcomed)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
