- Support senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects across various stages.
- Help create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues or delays.
- Assist in tracking project progress, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Help manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate project resources and ensure the team has everything needed to stay on track.
- Assist in monitoring project risks and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
- Schedule and prepare for project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.

Qualifications:

- 1 years of experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).
