- Plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, product launches, and promotional events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align event goals with broader marketing strategies and company objectives
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution within budget
- Source and coordinate event vendors, venues, speakers, and other event-related partners
- Promote events through social media, email marketing, and other channels to maximize attendance and engagement
- Oversee the creation of event collateral, including invitations, signage, promotional materials, and post-event reports
- Track event performance and gather feedback from attendees to measure event success and improve future initiatives
- Manage on-site event coordination, including event set-up, registration, and managing staff or volunteers
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in event planning and marketing (experience in B2B or B2C events is a plus)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
