As the Marketing Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events to promote our brand and engage with our target audience. From corporate events and conferences to promotional events and webinars, you will manage all event logistics, ensure seamless execution, and work closely with marketing and sales teams to maximize event success.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the execution of all marketing events, both in-person and virtual, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and networking events.
- Work with the marketing team to develop event strategies, set goals, and align events with broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing ROI.
- Handle all logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, AV needs, signage, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure event materials and services are delivered on time and to specification.
- Develop and distribute event marketing materials such as invitations, agendas, and social media posts to promote events.
- Track and measure event success, gathering feedback and analyzing key performance metrics to improve future events.
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to integrate lead generation opportunities and follow-up strategies.
- Manage event registration, attendee communication, and event day coordination to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Create post-event reports, summarizing event outcomes, attendee engagement, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or project management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms to promote events effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and troubleshoot on the fly.
