Allegra Kauboi Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently looking for Model Servers to join our team!
We're searching for candidates who can:
- Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships
- Book VIP reservations
- Execute VIP presentations
- Provide ongoing table maintenance
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding guests' expectations
- Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests' orders, and up-sell when applicable
- Assists other associates as needed to meet guest's needs
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications
- Be comfortable working in swimwear
