- Develop and implement strategic community engagement initiatives that reflect Riot Platforms’ values and business goals, enhancing our reputation and visibility.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, local organizations, and influencers, to drive impactful partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and corporate social responsibility teams to craft community-focused content and campaigns that amplify Riot’s brand and mission.
- Organize and represent Riot Platforms at community events, educational programs, and volunteer initiatives to promote sustainable technology practices and foster goodwill.
- Act as a responsive and proactive liaison for community members, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Monitor local trends, regulatory changes, and community issues that could influence Riot’s operations or reputation, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of community partners, events, and initiatives, ensuring efficient tracking of engagement outcomes and relationship management.

- Proven ability to design and execute innovative community engagement strategies.
- Experience navigating public relations dynamics with sensitivity to regulatory and cultural considerations.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media management platforms.
- Highly adaptable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet community and event schedules.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community relations, public relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful community engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of local regulations, cultural norms, and community dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by community events and activities.
