Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Digital Mining Operations Technician to join our growing team at Riot Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostic and repair techniques on all miners on site, compiling reports, and collaborating with the Miner Maintenance Team to ensure optimal performance.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing power supply-PSU's, control board, firmware uploads, handling escalated board ticket repairs, and performing diagnostics on power distribution units. Additionally, the ideal candidate will assist in maintaining inventory of parts and tools using a check-out procedure, lead on tracking inventory of assigned buildings in accordance with compliance, and contribute to Research & Development projects.
