Position Summary :
RIP-IT Sports seeks a talented and motivated Design Intern to support our marketing team in executing visually compelling designs across various marketing channels. From designing eye-catching emails to creating B2B collateral and enhancing our website’s visual appeal, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our brand. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience and contribute to projects that inspire and empower female athletes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in designing and producing marketing emails, including layouts, graphics, and visuals that align with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging B2B collateral such as product brochures and sell sheets for partners and retailers.
- Support website updates by creating graphics, banners, and other visual assets.
- Collaborate with the team on creative concepts and designs for social media and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate on product launches by designing promotional graphics and digital assets.
- Provide creative insight on social media marketing, including engagement strategies and campaign visuals
- Design event materials such as signage, and promotional assets.
- Maintain and organize design files and templates for team use.
- Provide support on photo editing and resizing as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
