Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries.
  • Provide support to the feed department by maintaining accurate records, organizing data, and assisting with farm planning.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of products.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers regarding the use of agricultural supplies.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring, ordering, and conducting regular stock checks.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of feed principles and agricultural products.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office suite and Intuit Quickbooks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and cooperative attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture a plus.
