Job Summary:
The Corporate Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate activities. This position involves a variety of administrative and organizational tasks that support upper management and improve company efficiency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization and coordination of administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and maintain accurate corporate documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Coordinate communication between various departments and stakeholders.
- Maintain records and databases, ensuring they are up to date and accessible as needed.
- Implement and manage office systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Handle inquiries and provide support to employees regarding corporate policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) as an administrative or corporate administrator, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with project management tools and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
