Job Description:

RIPA & Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience operating a skid steer, with a track record of safety and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer machinery for various construction and maintenance tasks.
• Load and unload materials, goods, and equipment as required.
• Work alongside other crew members in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of equipment in respect to conducting regular safety checks on the skid steer and other equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery as required.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during work hours.
• Ability to understand and execute verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a skid steer operator.
• Proficient knowledge of operating and maintaining skid steer machinery.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as required.
• Able to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to handle physical labor required, including heavy lifting and working in varying weather conditions. ?

• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
