Job Description:
RIPA & Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience operating a skid steer, with a track record of safety and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer machinery for various construction and maintenance tasks.
- Load and unload materials, goods, and equipment as required.
- Work alongside other crew members in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of equipment in respect to conducting regular safety checks on the skid steer and other equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during work hours.
- Ability to understand and execute verbal and written instructions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a skid steer operator.
- Proficient knowledge of operating and maintaining skid steer machinery.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as required.
- Able to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to handle physical labor required, including heavy lifting and working in varying weather conditions. ?
- Excellent communication skills and team orientation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
