Overview :
As a member of The Ripken Experience Retail team you will be required to assist with the operation of our on-site merchandise store. The Ripken Experience Pigeon Forge is a state-of-the-art sports complex located in Pigeon Forge, TN. Ripken Baseball specializes in youth baseball tournaments bringing teammates, coaches, and families together through our Big League Experiences.
Responsibilities :
As a member of the retail team, you will work directly under the Retail Coordinator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Efficiently process sales transactions using a POS system.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, assisting customers both on and off the sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within the retail shop.
- Assist our Food and Beverage Manager, Facilities Manager, and Operations Staff as needed.
- Work with staff to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently while providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for tournament participants.
- Absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help uphold the values established by the Ripken name and brand.
