Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments. This role requires a commitment to being on time while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive facility transport van.
- Load and unload residents efficiently and safely.
- Ensure the secure transport of residents.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with nursing in regards to appointment schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service during transport.
