We are seeking a dedicated part time 3 year old teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young students.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide instruction in various subjects including math, language arts, and social skills
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Implement behavior management strategies to support positive student interactions

- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and create a positive learning atmosphere
