- Location: Ripple Effect Headquarters - Rockville, MD
- Employee Type: Non-Exempt, Part-Time/Temporary (minimum 20 hours per week) (Ask our recruiters about flexible work arrangements)
- Telework: Partial (at least 3 days in-office)
- Number of Openings: 1
- Salary Range: $17.20 - $26.00 per hour (how we pay and promote)
- Support administrative functions across the team and division
- Greet guests and visitors that come into the office
- Assist with restocking and maintaining supplies in common areas of the office suite
- Enter data, upload files, maintain records in web-based systems, and verify data quality
- Provide daily ad-hoc support for a variety of team projects
- Coordinate, execute, and track tasks and initiatives
- Collaborate with team members on projects, brainstorming, and team activities
- Participate in team and departmental meetings
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience
- Second-year undergraduate college student (2 years from graduation date)
- No professional experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service to others
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to be in the office at least 3 days a week on a set schedule
Skills That Set You Apart
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and/or Project
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Previous in-office experience
