We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our company. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting, while also guiding the organization’s financial strategy and ensuring its financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and leadership, with the ability to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Our aim is to provide this internet access to over 3 million homes over the next 7 years, across various states.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s long-term goals.
• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital structure to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Oversee investment strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and financial negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Implement financial controls and operational best practices to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning, and risk management.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software
