Responsibilities:
· Engage with potential customers through inbound sales calls, educating them on Ripple Fiber’s high-speed internet services.
· Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, overcome objections, and recommend tailored solutions.
· Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized, positive interactions that create lasting impressions.
· Clearly and effectively communicate product benefits, ensuring customers understand the value of our services.
· Apply active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and drive sales.
· Assist customers with inquiries beyond sales when needed, always looking for opportunities to transition interactions into sales.
· Maintain a deep knowledge of Ripple Fiber’s products and customer journey to provide expert recommendations.
· Accurately document customer interactions and ensure data security.
· Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum of 2 years of call center sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-energy environment.
· Passion for customer service and sales, with a drive to succeed.
