What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Level 2 Support Technician position at Ripple IT?
Ripple is looking for an Experienced Level 2 Support Technician. This is a hybrid work from home position that will also require on-site visits, often for a week at a time in the Atlanta area. You ideally have around 5 years of IT experience (Previous MSP experience is a huge plus and might speed up the process). You are definitely enthusiastic about both people and IT. Here’s the mission of the job, and what you can expect. The salary range is between $50-56k/year depending on experience.

Purpose

The kind of stuff you’ll do:
- Work with and provide support in a multitude of environments including Windows server infrastructure, AD and group policy, Exchange, Office365, google apps, Citrix Xendesktop and Xenapp, VMware and Vsphere, firewalls, switches and access points
- Help coworkers out with challenges that require some extra brains
- Work on projects like server deployments, network setups, and VoIP migrations
- Serve as a point of escalation for our support team
