Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our storm restoration team. In this 1099 commission-only role, you will be on the front lines, helping homeowners assess storm damage and guiding them through the insurance claims and roof restoration process.
This role offers unlimited earning potential with many of our top reps making $75K-$150K per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in storm-affected areas to generate leads
- Perform roof inspections to assess storm damage (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims and scheduling inspections
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely project execution
- Maintain relationships with clients from initial contact through project completion
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Background in roofing, storm restoration, or insurance claims is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and fieldwork
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to climb roofs (training and safety gear provided)
