Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our storm restoration team. This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. As a Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of Ripple Roofing, helping homeowners restore their properties while educating them on insurance restoration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in storm-affected areas (training provided)
- Conduct roof inspections (training provided) to assess storm damage
- Educate homeowners on insurance claims and the restoration process
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and scheduling inspections
- Project management to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates throughout the restoration process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience in storm restoration, roofing, or insurance claims is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and resilient—comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb roofs
