Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a results-driven Storm Damage Sales Consultant to join our team. In this 1099 commission-based role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners affected by storm damage, guiding them through the restoration process and helping them understand their insurance claim options.
This is a high-commission opportunity with no cap on earnings — many consultants earn $75K-$150K annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Conduct roof inspections to identify storm-related damages (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and restoration options
- Assist clients in initiating insurance claims and scheduling inspections
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project completion
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Sales experience (storm restoration, roofing, or insurance claims a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and fieldwork
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb roofs (training and safety equipment provided)
