THE WORK
The Director of Corporate Information Technology will lead the strategic and operational direction for IT Engineering, Client Hardware Support, IT Support, and AV services. This role will be responsible for a high-performing team to ensure the company's IT infrastructure and services run smoothly and meet the evolving needs of the business. The Director will closely collaborate with both internal colleagues and external vendors to stimulate innovation, improve efficiency, and deliver outstanding service in all IT areas.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be responsible for IT Engineering, ensuring the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical infrastructure aligns with business objectives and industry standards.
- Lead the IT Support, Client Hardware Support, and AV teams, ensuring high-quality support and service across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standard methodologies, driving continuous improvement and encouraging a customer-focused IT culture.
