WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Increase the capabilities, performance, scalability, reliability, and security of the XRP ledger.
- You keep an eye on the industry evolution in the blockchain and crypto world and ensure the XRPL is poised to meet the needs of blockchain developers.
- Work across RippleX and the broader XRPL community to understand the requirements of XRPL builders, and implement the technical strategy to support them.
- You are hands-on and know what is needed to build highly available, scalable, distributed systems, and you cherish every opportunity to share your experience and knowledge with the engineering community.
- You have an operator attitude. You understand the value of delivering incremental value and engineering fundamentals.
- Continuously raise our standard of engineering excellence by implementing and driving standard methodologies for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Actively participate in code reviews to maintain the high quality of our codebase.
- You love mentoring and providing guidance and assistance in the career development of others.
- Your strength lies in the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and influence people around you comes natural to you.
