Your Career
We are looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Supply Chain Intern to assist the NPI Program Management team in coordinating improvements to our NPI processes in support of our hardware product roadmap. You will bring order to chaos by thinking holistically and working cross-functionally to design and improve NPI processes and tools. You are comfortable working with both highly technical and non-technical disciplines to ensure that stakeholder feedback and improvements are transformed into results. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can problem solve and implement improvements. Specifically, within the NPI Ops team, we encourage hands-on work and really owning and understanding the stakeholders and systems we support.
Our global internship program trains the next generation of cybersecurity talent across a range of specializations, from threat intelligence to information security, engineering, and marketing. Interns and recent graduates can learn about the network security industry from leading thinkers, grow their professional networks, and be part of a career-defining experience.

- Document the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including NPI Program Management, Document Control, IT Business Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Component Engineering, Supply Chain and Design for Excellence.
- Collaborate with various teams involved in the NPI process to gather information and insights for accurate issue tracking in Jira
- Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the documentation process.
- Gain hands-on experience in documenting manufacturing processes, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Testability (DFT), regression testing, release to manufacturing of software and programmable firmware, and structural test and functional test.
- Utilize technical expertise and knowledge to accurately document complex technical processes.
- Enhance collaboration skills by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Create a department landing page in Confluence that shares essential information about the NPI Program Management team
- Interest in New Product Introduction is a requirement
- Experience leading projects is a plus
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem identification skills is a requirement
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Experience with office such as tools like Confluence, Jira, Asana, Lucid and or Visio
