- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy by utilizing various software applications, including Google Suite for document creation and collaboration and Google ads.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Experience with project coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
